One of the main reasons why I moved to the High Desert was housing affordability and what you get for your money was just amazing to me. In 2018 I purchased my 2 story, 2,400 sqft home in the City of Victorville for $300,000. Housing affordability is what brought me here and I genuinely fell in love with the High Desert lifestyle. Since then, average home prices is currently at $417,000 according to Redfin.
